Specific coaching for people doing design in complex B2B domains. No generic advice, just hard conversations that actually move things forward.

What this is

Some initiatives are too complex or high-stakes for the existing team to own alone. Not because the designers aren't good — because the problem needs someone who has solved it before.

I embed as the senior designer on a defined project: in the files, in the reviews, in the stakeholder conversations. Every engagement has two outputs — the work, and a team that knows how to do it again without me.

The two deliverables

The project.

Structure, information architecture, flows, edge cases, stakeholder alignment, and a handoff engineering can actually use.

AI-augmented workflows for the repeatable parts — synthesis, pattern recognition, edge case mapping — and as a thinking partner for better decisions. Judgment stays human.

The team.

Working through decisions out loud, documenting the thinking, and mentoring the designer alongside me. You get the output and the capability.

When this fits
